FOAMIE FRIENDS KITS

Want to make your own foamie?

Kits retail for $25 but I sell them through the website for $20. We have 2 kits to choose from (Creek Boat and Play Boat). When I first made foamies (Generation 1-3), I used paints and finishes that we readily available at craft stores and were user friendly. Now that I use Rubber Dip and Professional Automotive finishes which requires paint booths and respirators there is no way for the end user to make a product nearly as durable as what I produce. As a result I really stopped pushing the kits. We do have them available for the diehards, and those that enjoy the process. They are also a great group activity for Camps, Youth Groups, etc. If buying for a large group, just figure out how many kits you need and contact me for discount pricing.

Not needed but may make process easier:
  • Frog Painting tape – Don’t try anything cheaper as it will pull paint right off foam
  • Stickers – Make sure they are vinyl, foil, urethane, etc. – Paper ones just won't hold up
  • String  – Nice to hang foamie up by top of spine while painting
  • Black and White Fine tipped paint pen – I use Painters brand
  • Pliers
  • Paper Towels
